Writing Your School Improvement Plan

Lisa has many years of experience of School Improvement Planning and will work with your school leaders to devise a workable plan which will support all school leaders to drive improvements. 

This package of support involves Lisa working with school leaders and completing the plan together. By the end of the package, the plan will be completed and ready to be shared. 

Typically, this package of support includes:

• the school sharing its current self evaluation summary in advance (approximately 1-2 weeks)
• Lisa working alongside school leaders to develop time scaled, manageable and achievable action plans to address each key priority.
• Summarising the plan in a format which can be evaluated throughout the year and reported periodically to governors

In most cases where self evaluation is available, this piece of work is completed in one day.

If school leaders require support for their self evaluation, Lisa is able to support schools with this through the School Improvement Partner Package or a Focused School Review.
