Lisa Littler has worked in education for 27 years, including 16 years as a Headteacher. She is a qualified teacher,  holds the National Primary Qualification for Headship and has a Masters of Education Degree. During her career, she has successfully led two contrasting primary schools -  leading one of these from Special Measures to Outstanding Ofsted judgements. Her most recent school became a National Support School. She was also an Early Years Foundation Stage Moderator for 9 years and a National Leader of Education for 6 years.  Her highly successful leadership skills have led to her expertise being sought by schools and Local Authorities from across the north west.
