Lisa Littler Education will work alongside school/academy leaders to audit current provision within your school. This is often used where a school has a new leadership team/Headteacher in post and/or where there has been a significant amount of time since the last external review.
This will usually include:
- a review of key school/academy documentation prior to the visit (i.e. the school's website and any documentation the school wishes to share at least two weeks in advance (e.g. ISDR, current self evaluation, etc.).
- a telephone or video call with leader(s) to agree the focus for the visits to your school/academy (approximately one hour). An outline timetable for the first day will be provided in advance. This will take place approximately one week before the visit.
- a two day visit to your school/academy including a range of activities (to be agreed in advance but including a close look at the curriculum.
- a written, evaluative and evidence based report, outlining strengths and possible areas for further improvement, provided within one week of the visit. This will include evaluations of all areas of the school's provision.
