School Improvement Partner Package

External challenge and support is crucial in developing and sustaining high quality whole school provision. 

Lisa's wide range of work with schools and associated training and research ensures that the support provided is current and evidence based. 

Lisa will work alongside your school/academy/MAT leaders over an extended period of time to support you on your school/academy/MAT improvement journey. 

A bespoke programme of school reviews, professional development and advice is designed with each school according to need. Lisa uses this highly successful model with a number of partner schools/academies. 

Following an initial discussion with school leaders, this support often includes:

•  a review of school/academy information and documentation including information on the school's website. 
• Supported School/Academy visits, usually every half term with an agreed focus. During the visit, Lisa will work alongside leaders to evaluate current provision and impact of actions identified during previous visits. 
• Visits usually last six hours and finish with detailed verbal feedback to the Headteacher and other leaders. 
• A written evaluative, evidence based report for use by leaders at all levels, including governors, will be sent to schools within one school week. 

Lisa's reports will provide expert, external advice to the Governing Body on the effectiveness of provision in your school. Lisa is also available to support the Governing Body with Headteacher Appraisal .
